So I thought this was crazy, until my wife kept telling me her droid hangs up for no reason. After poking around for a while online, I saw all kinds of posts saying, women with long hair are losing phone calls on the droid because of the sensor on the ear piece.

The sensor is very strange. If you get a piece of paper around it, it also turns the backlighing off. I have come to the answer of, “YES” people with long hair are the ones being affected.
