Here is the program I downloaded to my new BlackBerry Pearl 8100.  It is called Color Pearl.  Here is the link for the install and the directions to change the color of the Pearl.  You can also type in a color code to customize a color.

If you do the OTA (Over the Air install) just send the link to your phones email address and click the link and install right off the phone.
