Acronis True Image echo, is my personal choice that I use within my business, on a daily basis. The gains of the workstation version vs. the home version include things such as dynamic disk support, event tracking, and backing up any PC in a corporate network.  After trying many backup solutions, I found that acronis is definately the software of choice becauase the ease of use and quick backups that this software can produce.  I would definately rate this software 5 of 5 stars.
